Our formation has history of organized discontent mainly rooted in subordination of practitioners on incentivisation & knowledge production front.
We believe that, historically ,social workers have played major role in Human Development & maintained culture of friction against social evils in dominant economic paradigm .
The non recognition of social work as profession & social workers as core segment of labour force has been visible propaganda against humanist values.
We believe in constructive reforms & non threatening approaches as we feel that we carry the responsibility of welfare.
